Adult Beginner Package
Looking for a fun way to get or stay in shape?
We offer an Adult Beginner package: an evening program that features 5 classes. (including equipment). Call us at (781) 367-6886 for further information.
The Adult Beginner classes are usually held on Mondays at 7:00 pm. Just wear sneakers, tee-shirt and sweatpants and arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of class. This class has a rolling admission as well so you may jump in at any time.
